Coaching Staff

Brad Stockton
Assistant Coach - 3rd Season

In addition to his coaching duties, Brad works security in the dorms and some duties in the admission office. Brad has coached at Waldorf and Iowa Lakes Community College before coming to NIACC.  
Brad was a 4x All-American and National Champ wrestling at Waldorf College. His senior year, he was named the outstanding wrestler of the national tournament, winning the nation title at 149 pounds in 2006.
 
He was a high school state champion wrestling for Iowa City West High School. He earned his Bachelors Degree in Education from Waldorf in 2006.


Ryan Heim
Assistant Coach - 3rd Season

As an athlete, Ryan wrestled for the University of Iowa and graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Health. In 2001, he competed at 141 pounds and compiled a record of 16-5. He won titles at the Kaufman Brand and Flanagan Opens. He was a 2x state champion wrestling for Dubuque Hempstead High School.
 
Coach Heim also works in the Recreation Center

Alex Ibarra
Assistant Coach - 3rd Season

Coach Ibarra works with the lower weights. Alex wrestled at Waldorf College and was a 2x national qualifier.
 
He coached for ten years at Waldorf and before coming to NIACC.



T.J. Sebolt
Assistant Coach - 5th Season
 
TJ was a 4x State Champion wrestling for Centerville High in Centerville, IA.  He also won a national freestyle title in Fargo, ND. 
 
He earned his AAS Degree from NIACC in 2010.
